Lord Chambray brew craft beers for distribution to local bars and restaurants, and manage a taproom for customers who visit for a brewery tour and to taste or take away a bottle (or two!) of their characterful craft beers.
Aera Retail is used to manage the production process, keeping track of quantities and lots of raw materials in each brew for traceability purposes. The purchasing and invoicing modules help with the ordering of raw materials from suppliers and with the orders, delivery notes and invoices to customers. Aera Retail helps to keep track of current stock levels and with costing each production batch. Aera Touch is used at the taproom connected to a fiscal printer to issue fiscal receipts to clients buying souvenirs, or better still a beer pack composed to the customers’ liking! In all the production, purchasing and sales processes, both Aera Retail and Aera Touch keep track of lots an expiry dates.
