Loyalty Card Scheme Terms and Conditions
These general Terms and Conditions define the terms and conditions of participation in the Loyalty Card Scheme. This scheme allows you as a member to collect points based on purchases made in any InfoTech outlet, and to benefit from offers and promotions as may be available from time to time. This scheme is owned and operated by Infotech Enterprises Ltd (hereinafter the “Company”).
Please take a few minutes to read these terms and conditions as by signing this document and using your Loyalty Card you are agreeing to them.
1. You can only benefit from the Loyalty Card Scheme and consequently begin collecting points and benefitting from special offers reserved for Loyalty Card holders once you enroll in the scheme and receive your Loyalty Card. Participation in this scheme is optional and free of charge.
2. Please rest assured that any and all details provided to the Company shall only be used for the purposes of the Loyalty Card Scheme, unless you instruct us otherwise in writing. The Company however reserves the right to analyze your purchase history in order to provide you with relevant and personalized offers, information, and promotions. By enrolling in the scheme, you authorize us to use any stored data relating to your enrolment in the scheme for its marketing and communications purposes as aforesaid. Your details will not be shared with anyone outside the Company. The Company will keep you informed from time to time about the methods used to allow you to earn and redeem your points through the Loyalty Scheme.
3. You will be awarded 1 point for every €5.00 spent. The current redemption value of points is of 50 points for €10.00. The company reserves the right to vary the rate and any other promotions reserved for Loyalty Cardholders at any time and without any prior warning.
4. Special offers can be availed of and points are collected only upon presentation of the Loyalty Card at the cashier’s before finalising your bill. Copies will not be accepted. Points are only awarded for goods actually paid for. Discounts, offers and points cannot be awarded retrospectively.
5. The Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of the Company. It is your responsibility to ensure that you keep your card in a safe place. The Company shall not be responsible for lost / stolen cards and may charge a fee for replacing your card.
6. The Company enjoys the right to determine according to its sole discretion and from time to time which products qualify for points as well as the number of points that will be credited for purchases. No points will be earned for any purchase made by means of redemption of points. The company reserves the right not to award points in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
7. Accrued points have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred or otherwise dealt with except as provided herein. Points cannot be redeemed by anyone else other than the person in whose name the particular Loyalty Card is registered. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. The Loyalty Card is not and cannot be used as a credit card. 8. The Company reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your participation in the Loyalty Card Scheme and forfeit any accrued points in any one of the following cases: (a) Supply of false or misleading information; (b) Abuse of privileges; (c) Death of Loyalty Card holder; (d) Failure by a Loyalty Cardholder to comply with these terms and conditions, including any amendment thereto. The Company also reserves the right to refuse membership of an applicant or withdraw an existing card according to its sole discretion.
